Spalding Triathlon Club was formed in 2004 after the Second Spalding Sprint Triathlon. The club has around 15 members, and steadily growing. We are affiliated to British Triathlon and Amature Athletics Association.

Some principlies for training:
60% of your training should be in the aerobic zone
25-30% should be developing your anaerobic system
10-15% should be max effort
You should have at least 48 hours between max sessions for recovery
